About Me

I'm Bella Calcara.

I began the search for knowledge to solve a myriad of personal problems that I was struggling with- how to not hate myself, how to manage deep sadness and grief, how to be healthy and comfortable in my body, how to be confident in myself, how to trust my self, whether to believe in God or not and most importantly how to be happy instead of sad and depressed.

I went from feeling crushed by the weight of the world to feeling absolutely weightless and free.

I now teach women how to do the same thing.

I am interested in coaching.

My philosophy.

Life is a mirror. The external reality you experience is but a reflection of the internal state that you most frequently hold.

Discord on the inside creates discord on the outside. Suffering.

When we operate from resonance we create harmony.

To operate from resonance is no small feat. It requires a willingness to investigate. A willingness to commit to being who you truly are, in full expression. A willingness to stop contorting yourself into who you think you should be.

Constant suffering is not the norm. Just because it is common in society, doesn't mean it has to be your reality.

Joy is a choice. And choosing joy takes real balls. Nobody is going to prioritize your blissful life for you. In a world that profits off of self hatred and women playing small, you must work intentionally for the life that you deserve- the peace and harmony that is your birthright.

[If you let the world decide what you deserve you will keep making choices that benefit the system. You were programmed to be a cog in the machine.

Prioritizing your own joy is a disruption to a corrupt regime. It is the least selfish thing you can do- to be an unshakeable, jubilant woman.]
